“Will the material work for Upwork?”
It could, but overall, I'm not a fan of Upwork, because the caliber of client is lower than you would find off Upwork (even if they do pay you well). There are also limitations to how you can set terms on Upwork and terms are a huge part of pricing for me. (Plus there is the Upwork fee.)
“What if my freelancing business is super sporadic and has been on-and-off for years without any structure, is the program still a fit for me?”
Yes, it could still work for you, I show you how to structure your proposals. But I would want some way to measure your success, and currently, the only measure would be 1. are you landing more clients compared to before? And 2. are the ones you are getting, paying you higher fees? A third, would be are you working with only great clients? But that one (surprisingly) is usually a by-product of charging more.
“What if I have little awareness of cash flow, but really want to stabilize and structure my freelance business so it moves forward, is the program still a fit for me, or do I need a money-managing course instead?”
This program is focused on MAKING more while a money management course focuses on SAVING more. You need both in your business, but my bias is towards making more first because there is a limit to how much you can save, but no limit to how much you can earn.

"Is the course mainly video based or is there a PDF format. I feel like I get more from reading than a video based tutorial."
The course has PDF transcripts of all the lessons. So if you prefer to read instead of watch video, you can do that. You can also download all the videos or PDF's and take them on the go with you. To the gym, in your car, wherever and however you like to learn you've always got access to the material.
“What if I hate dealing with numbers?”
The course does not focus on numbers so you don't have to worry. The system is based on the idea that HOW you price is equally or even MORE important than how much you price your work for. So you don't have to be a math wiz to make this system work for you. Once you gain confidence in your ability to see the value in your work and convey that to your client, you'll ask for higher rates and be able to get them. At that level, it's about having the confidence to ask for it—math has little to do with it.
